Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order processing & dispatch

Orders are processed on business days. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code so you can follow the status of your shipment.

Delivery & drop-off locations

Puroby works with recognised logistics partners. A shipment may be delivered to any of the following locations:

Home address
Office address
Neighbour
Parcel point / locker

Liability after delivery

Puroby has fully fulfilled its delivery obligation at the moment the Track & Trace status shows Delivered. This applies regardless of the exact drop-off location, including all locations listed above.

Once the Track & Trace status reads "Delivered" — at any of the above-mentioned locations — Puroby is no longer liable for the parcel. We are released from any liability for loss, theft, or damage occurring after that moment.

Package marked as delivered but not received

If the Track & Trace status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please contact the carrier directly. We also recommend checking with your neighbours and the nearest parcel point. In such cases, Puroby is not obliged to issue a refund or replacement, but will assist where possible in communicating with the carrier.

Incorrect delivery addresses

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address when placing an order. Puroby is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrectly submitted address.
